We will be updating the calendar at that point as well as the 2025 rates. Please email Chris@OceanParkRealty.com for all your summer requests and we will do our best to get you taken care of as soon as possible with the understanding that we can't book cottages until the owners have sent us back their agreements. Much of our business is repeat renters so we do give our repeat renters the first right of refusal. All bookings are done via email. NO BOOKINGS ARE DONE ON THIS WEBSITE. ALL QUOTES ARE ESTIMATES. FINAL NUMBERS OCCUR WITH A RENTAL AGREEMENT WHICH IS DONE BY EMAIL.
