Who We Are
Ocean Park Realty is a fully licensed real estate and rental office with full time brokers. We are a
subsidiary of Ocean Park Association founded with the same values and local community ties. We are
committed to providing you with a professional and knowledgeable experience during your visit. Please feel

Professional Experience:
Chris has been selling real estate since 2000. He started practicing real estate in Las Vegas, NV
while the city was booming. He has broker experience running a real estate investment firm and sold
foreclosures for two national banks. Chris was also licensed in San Diego, CA selling luxury homes and
working with investors and second homeowners. Along with traditional sales and investment properties,
he has been involved in rentals, 1031 Exchanges, vacation home purchases and relocations.

Ocean Park, Old Orchard, Saco and Scarborough. Member of the York Board of Realtors and National
Association of Realtors. At Ocean Park Realty, Chris specializes in both Sales and Rentals.
Personal
Chris summered in Ocean Park as a child and even worked at the Soda Fountain as a teen. He currently
lives in Ocean Park with his wife and two kids who are 5th generation Ocean Parkers. When not working
you can find him at the beach, eating a lobster roll, hiking or playing mini golf with the family.
