Welcome to 35 Ancona, a new errental in our portfolio of beautiful cottages in Ocean Park. This one story 3 bedroom cottage sits at the end of Ancona and is 3 blocks from the beach and town of Ocean Park. Enjoy tennis, kids playground, trails through Guild Park, all within walking distance of 35 Ancona. If you'd like to start a family tradition of vacations in Ocean Park, here's a great place to start. Bedroom 1: double bed Bedroom 2: double bed and twin Bedroom 3: Queen Maximum occupancy is 6 people. No more than 2 vehicles permitted. NO SMOKING! NO PETS PERMITTED Rate is $2200/week plus state of Maine 9% lodging tax. Renter is responsible for bringing or renting linens and towels. There is one full bath with a shower (shallow tub) This cottage includes a washer/dryer, microwave, WiFi, window air conditioning and some beach equipment (chairs, windbreaker) All bookings are done by email.
