There is one bathroom with a shower (no tub). There is also an outside shower that's not enclosed. The cottage features a dishwasher, TV, WIFI, microwave, ceiling fan, portable fans, gas grill and some beach equipment (beach cart, sand chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrella, windscreens - all items to be taken care of by the renters and returned to their space when not in use). Rental price is $2600/week which includes cleaning fee but all renters are responsible for removing all items from fridge and all trash from house upon leaving. Check in is 3pm. Check out is 10am. Occupancy preferred is 6. Max vehicles is 2. There is no smoking permitted in or near the cottage and there are no pets allowed.
