Location, location, location. This recently updated unit is just steps to the beach and downtown Ocean Park. The unit is below the main house at 4 Colby and has two bedrooms (King bed, and 2 twin beds) with an additional set of bunk beds (sleeps 6). There is an oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, TV (w/Roku), Wifi, futon couch, portable fans, Keurig coffee station, outdoor shower, and gas grill. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Shared backyard space with outdoor table, chairs, and clothes drying line. No pets allowed on the property and no smoking permitted. No fireworks or candles allowed For booking inquiries contact Chris@OceanParkRealty.com All bookings are Saturday to Saturday. The rate for 2026 is $1300/week plus tax. Off season early June and September dates available as well at a discounted rate of $900/week.
