Winter rental 2024/25 in Old Orchard Beach. This newly purchased efficiency condo is 100 feet from sandy beach and beautiful Saco Bay. You're minutes from Old Orchard Beach and the variety of things to do in this classic beach town. You can take surf lessons at MOCEAN, eat pier fries and fried dough, carnival games and rides for young and old. The beach is 7 miles from end to end and perfect for walking, sand castles, beach games, reunions and romantic getaways. The condo is a studio with 1 full bed and one bath. There is one parking spot. Occupancy is 2. There's a Roku. The kitchen has a microwave, there's a washer/dryer in the basement, Wifi, ceiling fan. No smoking permitted. No pets allowed. 2 beach chairs for use. Renters are required to bring or rent linens and towels. All bookings are done via email, no bookings online.
