This cottage has a queen bed and a double bed in the two bedrooms as well as a double trundle sofa bed in the living room. There is a full bathroom as well as an outside shower to get the sand off before coming in off the beach. There's a microwave, cable TV, wifi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, portable fans and a gas grill. This cottage is UNIQUE because it includes clean sheets and towels with each rental. There is an additional non-refundable $150 pet fee on top of the weekly rent. Dogs only and please ensure you're not leaving your dog outside all day. This property has linens and towels provided, no need to rent or bring linens. Ask about June and September opportunities at a discounted rate.
