Welcome to 14 Hampton. This 2 bedroom cottage is new to our rental pool so if you would like to start a tradition of Ocean Park vacations this is a great opportunity. This well-appointed two bedroom cottage has been lovingly cared for and updated throughout. This cottage has a queen bed and a double bed in the two bedrooms as well as a double trundle sofa bed in the living room. There is a full bathroom as well as an outside shower to get the sand off before coming in off the beach. There's a microwave, cable TV, wifi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, portable fans and a gas grill. This cottage is UNIQUE because it includes clean sheets and towels with each rental. There is an additional non-refundable $150 pet fee on top of the weekly rent. Dogs only and please ensure you're not leaving your dog outside all day. All bookings are done via email Chris@OceanParkRealty.com to request a week and let us know if you have a dog. No Smoking Permitted. Thanks.
