17 New Salt is a stunning 4 bedroom year round home in a quiet part of Ocean Park in the first block close to the beach. The cottage has four bedrooms, two bedrooms downstairs with one queen and a queen and twin in the other room. The downstairs also has it own TV room and bathroom with a shower. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. There is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room area. A full bath is also located on this floor. Great house for the whole family and easy walk back and forth to the beach. There is a gas grill, washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas, ceiling and regular fans, Cable and Internet available. Den downstairs has a pull out twin love seat so Total occupancy is 10 people and parking for 3 cars. The rate for 2025 is $3400 plus cleaning fee. All of our rentals check in and out on Saturdays.
