The second floor bathroom (off the kitchen) has new walk in shower, the 3rd floor bathroom has a claw foot tub. This cottage was built in 1912 and is an excellent example of the quality and detail that went into building beach homes over 100 years ago. Home has washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, cable TV, ceiling fans, portable fans for every bedroom, gas grill, pails and shovels for the beach, a DVD player (bring your movies) and wireless internet.
