Cancellations must be in writing and are final. Positively no deposits will be returned unless all weeks are rerented at the same rate. If the unit is rerented, a cancellation fee of $400 will be charged for administration.

Every one of our rentals is somebody's home or second home. They come with coffee makers of all types, wifi and television in most units, some supplies for the bathroom and kitchen are included. Some of our rentals include beach equipment. Every rental is slightly different. Guests are responsible for bringing or renting linens and towels. The owner will provide bed pillows, blankets, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware.

Ocean Park Realty charges a state of Maine 9% lodging tax on every rental under 30 days. Some of our rentals have a separate cleaning fee, but most have the cleaning fee built into the price. There are no additional service fees or taxes.

Some of our properties are pet friendly. The decision is made by the owner but most cannot accept pets because the owners rental insurance doesn’t allow it.

At Ocean Park Realty we do our check-ins at the office. We are located next to the Soda Fountain at 14 Temple Ave. Our check-in begins at 3pm and goes until 5pm. Arrangements can be made if you arrive after 5pm. You will receive two sets of keys, information about the area and a calendar of events in your welcome envelope.

Our check out time is 10am. On the date of your departure please make sure to remove all items from the fridge and freezer, and bring all trash outside to the trash cans. Lock up and bring keys to our office to let us know you’ve left. We have a drop box and the entire envelope with keys inside can drop inside of that.

Tenants will provide bed linens and towels for their own use during the rental period.
